BEFORE YOU JOIN...

We require all new members to participate in our Lessons for Beginners Course to learn the fundamentals of kettlebell training before joining our weekly classes. During this course, we will cover kettlebell fundamentals, including kettlebell sizes, proper form to maximize results and prevent injuries, technique, and various kettlebell moves that will get your heart racing to burn more calories!
